Barbara Ryman from Australia recently won the Chairman's Award at the exhibition organized by the Japan Enamelling Artist Association and The Ueno Royal Museum.
The 2002 International Enamelling Art Exhibition was held at the Ueno Royal Museum in Tokyo, ran from the 18th to the 23rd of July, and marked the 20th year of recognition of the Japan Enamelling Artist Association by the Japanese government.
